Eat To The Beat 2016 | Giveaway #EattotheBeat
Tickets are $189 (with a tax receipt) and include all food and beverages. Eat To The Beat is the perfect date night outing for food lovers, so sign those babysitters up! Trust me your belly will thank you! The funds raised at Eat to the Beat will be directed towards supporting the full spectrum of breast cancer care offered by the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – from important research where the latest innovations are developed to direct patient support – and will benefit not only the estimated 25,000 Canadian women who are diagnosed every year with this disease, but also the families and friends who love and support them.
The hubs and I consider Eat To The Beat to be one of the top culinary events in our city. Some of the very best female chefs come together to feed us delicious food and there’s always fabulous wines and drinks to accompany the bites. Without fail, I’m stuffed at the end of the evening and I love that the event is always well organized. There’s no shoving, pushing or line ups…and best of all, everything is done with class and sass. The event features breast cancer survivors modelling original food-inspired corsets that they have created and this is one of my favourite parts of the events.. cute older ladies strutting their stuff for a good cause. Absolutely adorable. Be sure to read all about our previous experiences (this will be our 4th year at the event!!) if you’re looking to learn more about the various dishes offered in the past and the funtabulous time we’ve had year after year. Fingers crossed that I don’t have any fiascoes like I did last year!
In addition to the 60 food station and 20 premium beverage stations, the evening also includes live music, a silent auction and a raffle draw for a chance to win great prizes. Last year my $20 bag scored us an annual family pass to the AGO!! SCORE!! Enter below to win one of two pairs of tickets to this year’s Eat To The Beat!! Also, please don’t forget to share this event with your friends, it’s definitely a fun one to navigate in a group! Be sure to get there early so you can meet the lovely chefs, chat with breast cancer survivors and of course, eat your way through the Roy Thompson!
Good luck!!!

My mom was diagnosed earlier this year. Good to see events like these bringing much-needed attention to this terrible disease affecting so many.
